摘要
花斑裸鲤Gymnocypris eckloni是我国重要的水生野生动物资源,青海省级保护鱼类。本研究分析比较了人工养殖和天然生长的黄河花斑裸鲤肌肉中的8种矿物质元素(K、Na、Ca、Fe、Zn、Mn、Cu和Mg)和4种重金属元素(Hg、As、Pb和Cd)的含量。结果表明:除了Zn、Mn以外,人工养殖黄河花斑裸鲤肌肉中K、Na、Ca、Fe、Cu和Mg的含量均等于或大于天然生长的,差异不显著。人工养殖和天然生长的黄河花斑裸鲤肌肉中4种重金属含量都符合国标要求。人工养殖黄河花斑裸鲤肌肉中Hg和Pb的含量小于天然生长的,但是As和Cd的含量稍大于天然生长的。结合先前的研究表明,人工养殖的花斑裸鲤肌肉品质和自然生长的花斑裸鲤没有显著的差异,花斑裸鲤具有较大的开发利用前景。
The Gymnocypris eckloni is an important economic fish in China and a threatened species listed by Qinghai province. The percentage compositions of 8 mineral elements( K,Na,Ca,Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu and Mg) and 4 heavy metal elements( Hg,As,Pb and Cd) in muscle of breeding and natural G. eckloni were analyzed. The results showed that the K,Na,Ca,Fe,Cu and Mg contents of breeding G. eckloni was higher than natural one,except for Zn and Mn. The contents of 4 heavy metal elements in both G. eckloni were all lower than the demand of GB. The Hg and Pb contents in breeding G.eckloni was lower than that in natural one,while As and Cd contents in breeding G. eckloni was higher than that in natrual one. Combined with some previous researches,our results suggested that the qualities of breeding and natural G. eckloni had no significant difference,and the prospective is great in develepment and utilization.
