摘要
提出用物体运动调制参考光实时全息测量物体位移方向的理论、方法和技术。用一束近似平行的光照射贴有反射镜的物体,由两者分别反射到全息干版上的物光和参考光相干涉形成和记录实时全息图。用原记录光束照射全息图,使试件沿一定方向位移,通过实时全息图观察到的实时干涉条纹会随观察点的移动而移动。物体位移方向、干涉条纹位移方向和观察点位移方向之间有确定的关系,推导了这种关系的数学表达式。根据这种关系归纳出了测量物体位移方向的基本法则。用不同试件完成了测定位移方向的实验,验证了所提出的新理论、新方法和相应新技术的正确性。
Theory, method and technology of measuring displacement direction by real time holography with reference beam modulated by motion of the measured object are proposed. The measured object which pasted a small mirror is illuminated with a bunch of approximate parallel light, the object and reference beams which reflects respectively from the object and mirror to the holographic plate interfere each other, real-time hologram formed and recoded in the holographic plate. The hologram is irradiated with the original recording beam and giving the specimen displacement along a direction, the real-time interference fringes observed through the hologram moves with move of observation point. The definitely relation is existing between the displacement direction, moving direction of real-time interference fringes and displacing direction of observation point, the mathematical expression of this kind of relationship is derived. According to the relation the basic rule of measuring displacement direction is induced. The correctness and the feasibility of the proposed new theoretical methods and techniques are verified by experiments with different specimens.
