摘要
构建产学研创新系统耦合、知识隐匿、控制方式、产学研主体知识进化的理论分析框架,使用基于Bootstrap的结构方程模型和层次回归模型对理论分析框架进行实证分析,实证结果表明:产学研创新系统耦合与知识进化正相关;知识隐匿是产学研创新系统耦合与知识进化的中介变量;控制方式正向调节产学研创新系统耦合与知识隐匿的关系。
We constructed the theoretical analysis framework of relationships among innovation system coupling of universityindustry cooperation,knowledge hiding,control and knowledge evolution,then we used SEM and hierarchical regression analysis to carry out empirical analysis of the established theoretical analysis framework,the results show that there exists significantly positive relationships between innovation system coupling of university-industry cooperation and knowledge evolution,knowledge hiding works as a mediating variable between innovation system coupling of university-industry cooperation and knowledge evolution,control positively regulate relationships between innovation system coupling of university-industry cooperation and knowledge hiding.This research will be beneficial to reduce the negative influence of knowledge hiding,and promote knowledge evolutionary efficiency.
