摘要 目的:探讨锥形束CT在多生牙诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取南昌大学附属口腔医院有完整病史资料的81例多生牙病例的锥形束CT影像资料,分析多生牙的数目、生长部位、大小、空间位置、生长方向以及与邻牙及其组织的关系。结果:81例患者中106颗多生牙全部显示,显示率为100%,并清晰显示各个病例中多生牙的数目、生长部位、大小、空间位置、生长方向、以及与邻牙及其组织的关系。结论:锥形束CT能精确提示多生牙的位置及形态信息,有利于临床治疗方案的制定及实施。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of cone beam CT in the diagnosis of supernumerary teeth. Methods:81 patients with 106 supernumerary teeth examined by CBCT were retrospectively reviewed. The parameters included the number, area, size, spatial location, and growth direction of the supernumerary teeth, as well as their relationships with the adjacent teeth and organizations. Results: 106 supernumerary teeth were totally clearly discovered(including the number,area, size, spatial location, and growth direction of the supernumerary teeth, as well as their relationship with the adjacent teeth and organizations), and the rate of appearance was up to 100%. Conclusion: For treatment planning and practicing of supernumerary teeth, varied greatly accurate information were provided by cone beam CT.
