IL-34的生物学特性及与心血管疾病和自身免疫性疾病关系的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 IL-34可由神经元、角质形成细胞和成骨细胞等分泌,并在多种组织中表达。目前发现的受体有巨噬细胞集落刺激因子受体(M-CSFR)和蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶ζ(PTP-ζ),其中最重要的是M-CSFR。IL-34与M-CSF的生物学活性相似,能促进单核-巨噬细胞系统的增殖与分化,能诱导多种细胞因子和趋化因子生成增加,具有促炎,促进破骨细胞形成以及神经保护的作用。在心血管疾病和自身免疫性疾病中,IL-34水平有明显增高,表明其与这些疾病关系密切,可能在疾病的发生、发展中起重要作用。
