摘要
目的:评价丹参酮联合酮康唑治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎的疗效。方法:86例头皮脂溢性皮炎患者,随机分成2组。治疗组47例口服丹参酮加外用酮康唑,对照组39例口服复合维生素B加外用酮康唑,4周末观察疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组痊愈率分别为74.5%、53.8%(P<0.05),有效率分别为100%、82.1%(P<0.05)。结论:丹参酮联合酮康唑治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎疗效好,安全性高。
Objective：To assess the efficacy of tanshinone combined with ketoconazole in the treatment of scalp seborrheic dermatitis.Methods：Eight-six patients with scalp seborrheic dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups：47 patients in the treatment group being treated with tanshinone and ketoconazole; 39 patients in the control group being treated with B-complex vitamins and ketoconazole.The efficacy was assessed after treatment for 4 weeks.Results：The cure rates in the treatment group and the control group were 74.5％ and 53.8％ （P＜0.05）.The effective rates in two group were 100％ and 82.1％ （P＜0.05）.Conclusion：Tanshinone combined with ketoconazole is effective and safe in the treatment of scalp seborrheic dermatitis.
