摘要 目的生物样本库作为转化医学的重要组成部分,近几年发展迅速。通过调查我国科技人员在生物样本库领域的发文情况,了解我国生物样本库的发展状况及研究热点。方法统计分析我国科技人员1999年1月—2013年12月发表的"样本库"相关的专业论文,外文数据库采用Pub Med和Web of Science医学文献检索服务系统,中文数据库采用生物医学文献光盘数据库和中国知网数据库进行统计,利用信息可视化软件Cite Space对所采集的相关文献进行可视化分析。结果我国生物样本库领域的研究明显落后于发达国家。近3年论文数量明显增加,主要涉及生物样本库的建立与管理、信息平台技术、伦理学问题等,主要以肿瘤样本库、骨库、传染病样本库等为主要研究内容。在研究中开始注重生物样本库的技术标准、单位协作、转化应用,关注人群和重大疾病。结论我国生物样本库已成为一个研究热点,应统一技术标准、信息共享,国内外协作,解决重大临床问题,为广大患者服务。 Objective As an important part of translational medicine,the biobank has developed rapidly in recent years. To investigate the published papers by Chinese scholars at home and abroad and understand the development of biobank in China. Methods The published ' biobank or tissue bank ' related professional papers from Jan. 1999 to Dec. 2013 were searched and analyzed,database using Pub Med,Web of Science,China Biology Medicine literature disc( CBMdisc)and China National Knowledge Infrastructure( CNKI) database for statistics and using the information visualization software Cite Space to clearly display the hot research fields. Results In China,the biobank research lags behind the developed countries,but the articles increased rapidly in the past 3 years. The papers are mainly related to biobank establishment and management,information platform,and ethical issues. The research contents are banks in the fields of tumor,bone bank,infectious disease and so on. Researchers have begun to focus on the technical standard,collaborative,transformation and application of biobank on major diseases. The hot areas are involved in tumor,neuroscience,cardiovascular,tissue engineering,and infectious disease. Conclusion Biobank has become a hot research topic,unified technical standards,information sharing,and cooperation at home and abroad are needed to solve the major clinical problems and serve for the majority of patients.
