摘要
高校干部考核是干部管理工作的重要内容,也是深化干部队伍体制改革的重要抓手。传统考核方法以手工统计分析为主,耗时耗力,效率低下。文章结合计算机网络技术,研究开发了基于模糊综合评价法的B/S模式高校干部考核系统。该系统在方法层面上,采用模糊综合评价法对模块化考核结果进行综合,提高了考核结果的准确性;在技术层面上,基于B/S模式进行设计,采用SQL Server实现数据库功能。该系统具有部署、应用、维护便捷等优点,有助于提高组织人事管理部门的工作效率和形成科学化管理的工作局面。
Evaluation of college cadres is an important management task ,w hich can improve the level of the faculty .As the traditional manual statistic method is time‐costing and inefficient ,an evaluation system of college cadres based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and B/S mode is presented by using computer network technology .In view of the strategy ,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced to synthesize the modularized evaluation results ,so as to improve the accuracy of the evaluation .In view of the technology ,the system is developed based on B/S mode ,using SQL Server database .The system has the advantages of high accuracy and efficiency as well as convenient deployment ,application and maintenance ,and is valuable for improving the working efficiency and scientific management level of the organization and personnel management department .
