摘要
根据光催化反应降解甲醛的原理,设计了一套降解甲醛气体的控制柜。本控制柜可以实现氮气、甲醛以及氧气三路气体的任意比例混合,混合均匀的气体输送到反应釜进行反应。论文主要从系统的原理设计、部件选择以及关键结构设计等方面,详细介绍了该控制柜的研制过程。
According to the principle that photocatalytic reaction can decompose formaldehyde,a set of?control cabinet has been designed.The control cabinet can realize to mix three types of gas for nitrogen,formaldehyde and oxygen in arbitrary mixing ratio,then the mixed gas is transported into the reactor for reaction.This paper shows the detailed development process of control cabinet from system principle design,component selection,structure design and so on.
