摘要
以‘大中88-91’大麦苗为试验材料,以蛋白质、黄酮、叶绿素含量和麦苗产量为评价因子,采用层次分析法(AHP)对评价因子进行权重排序计算,通过灰色关联度分析法(GRA)确定大麦苗适宜采收期。层次分析法结果表明:各评价因子权重排序为黄酮含量(0.4170)>叶绿素含量(0.284)>蛋白质含量(0.170)>产量(0.075)。灰色关联分析法结果表明:五叶期和六叶期与"理想采收期"关联度最高,灰色关联度分别为0.891、0.903,故五叶期和六叶期为适宜采收期。因此,层次分析和灰色关联分析相结合的方法可运用于麦绿素适宜采收期的确定。
The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was applied to calculate the weight of ranking evaluation factor, and the suitable time for harvest was determined by gray relational grade analysis, taking protein content, flavonoid content, chlorophyll content and wheat yield as evaluation factors, and wheat 'Dazhong 88-91 ' as test material. The results of AHP showed that evaluation factors weight were sorted as follows: flavonoid content (0. 4170) 〉 chlorophyll content (0. 284) 〉 protein content (0. 170)〉yield(0. 075). Gray relational grade analysis indicated that the highest relational degree between various harvesting times and the"ideal harvesting time" occurred on five-leaf stage and six-leaf stage,0..891,0. 903 respectively. Therefore, hierarchical analysis method and gray correlation analysis in combination could be used to determine the suitable time for harvest of barley green.
