摘要
本文基于SFA模型对我国19个省市再生资源产业的技术效率值及其影响因素进行了实证分析。研究发现:我国再生资源产业技术效率整体处于中等水平;东、中、西部地区及各省市之间的效率水平存在一定差距,其中东部省市技术效率水平较高;城镇化水平对再生资源产业技术效率具有负向影响;经济发展水平对技术效率具有显著的正向影响;教育水平与技术效率呈现开口向下的抛物线关系;工业发展水平对再生资源产业的生产无效率影响并不明显。
Based on stochastic frontier production function , the paper empirically studies the technical efficiency scores and influence factors of Chinese renewable resources industry . Result shows that the average technical efficiency score of Chinese renewable resources industry is in the medium level . There are certain differences in technical efficiency between provinces , and the East has a higher technical efficiency level . The urbanization level has a negative influence on technical efficiency of renewable resources industry but economy level has a significant impact on technical efficiency of renewable resources industry . The relationship of education level and technical efficiency is featured by down-looking parabola . The impact of industrial development level is not significant .
