摘要
建立了高颈法兰封闭轧制成形的有限元模型,基于DEFORM-3D有限元软件进行了高颈法兰封闭轧制过程模拟。应用试验设计方法研究了轧件初始温度、驱动辊转速、压实辊进给速度对成形质量的影响规律。通过正交试验设计和均匀试验设计方法对工艺参数进行了优化,得到了轧制工艺参数的最优组合。
The finite element model of closed rolling high-neck flange was established. And its closed rolling process was simulated by using the DEFORM-3D finite element software. The influences of initial temperature of roiled piece, the driving roll rotational speed and compressing roll feed speed on the product quality were studied by using experiment design method. The process parameters were optimized by using orthogonal test design and uniform design. The optimal parameters of rolling process were obtained.
