摘要
针对L80级石油套管热处理后探伤报警率较高的问题进行了分析。通过化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相观察、扫描电子显微镜观察及能谱分析,提出了失效事故的原因。结果表明,质量事故的诱因为热处理前存在的缺陷,而不是淬火裂纹。
The problem of higher alarm rate of L80 oi3 casing pipe after heat treatment was analyzed. The cause for the failure was presented by chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties testing, metallurgical observations, SEM observations and EDS analysis. The results show that the cause for quality accident is existent defect before heat treatment instead of quenching crack.
