右肝动脉压迫肝总管致梗阻性黄疸一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男,29岁,因黄疸1周入院,既往史、个人史、家族史及遗传史均无特殊.查体：全身皮肤、巩膜中度黄染,余无异常.生化：总胆红素228.83μmol/L、直接胆红素186.59μmol/L、碱性磷酸酶180.8 U/L、谷氨酰转肽酶172.8 U/L;血常规、CA199、CEA未见明显异常.MRI提示肝内胆管及肝门部胆管扩张,末见结石及占位（图1）.入院后经非手术治疗,胆红素无明显降低,故安排手术.
