三维超声表面成像技术在胎儿肢体畸形筛查中的相关研究 被引量:12

摘要 采用连续顺序追踪超声检测法辅以三维表面成像技术常规检查4 480例孕妇,观察胎儿肢体及骨骼发育情况,并同引产后结果及侵入性染色体检查结果对照分析.检出肢体畸形54例(1.21%),同引产后大体标本及X线片检查比较,超声诊断符合率为100%.其中在18 ~24周检出有47例(87.0%),17周发现并确诊的仅1例(1.8%),32 ~ 34周晚孕筛查时发现的为6例(11.2%).54例胎儿中有46例进行了侵入性染色体检查,13例为染色体异常,33例为染色体正常。 $ 4 480 fetuses were checked by systematic continuous sequence approach(SCSA) prenatal ultrasonography.The features of fetal limb deformations were compared with the results of induced labor and chromosome examination.54 cases of limb malformations were diagnosed by prenatal ultrasonography.47 cases were checked in 18th to 24th week.Only 1 case was checked in 17th week.6 cases were checked in 32th to 34th weeks.Among 46 fetal chromosome analyzed,33 cases were normal in chromosome karyotype,13 cases presented abnormality.The fetal limb malformations are often complicated by multiple organ abnormalities.With the assistance from three-dimensional ultrasonic surface imaging technology,SCSA prenatal ultrasonography may be the preferred method in the diagnosis of fetal limb malformations and multiple organ abnormalities in 18th to 24th week.
