MRI评估心肌细胞外容积的现状与进展 被引量:9

摘要 心脏磁共振成像(cardiac magnetic resonance imaging,CMRI)技术能任意角度显示心脏解剖结构,描述心脏整体和局部舒缩功能,多种参数加权区分提取不同组织成分,从而具备"一站式"评估的独特优势.特别是对比剂延迟增强(late gadolinium enhancement,LGE)技术用于识别心肌梗死和纤维化改变[1],依赖于在不同的心肌病变时呈现特征性的延迟强化表现,成为目前影像上评价心肌存活和病因的首选方法.LGE对纤维化的观察识别是基于病变组织和周围正常心肌之间的信号强度差别,当差别超过所设定的阈值时表现为心肌强化.
