挖掘机行走工况驾驶室振动舒适性评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 为评价履带式液压挖掘机在行走工况下的驾驶室振动舒适性,首先提出了行走工况测试条件;其次利用三分之一倍频程谱分析方法,并根据人体振动频率的敏感性进行加权处理,得到评价驾驶室乘坐的人体振动舒适性理论分析方法;最终通过在相同的行走工况条件试验下,分别对30t级国产某挖掘机(分别安装有国产和国外两种减振器)与同吨位国外某挖掘机的两种机型、共3类试验数据分析结果的对比,得到在该测试条件下,国产某挖掘机比国外某挖掘机的人体振动舒适性更优良,以及国外某减振器较国产普通型减振器性能更优良的结论。 In order to evaluate the cab vibration comfort of hydraulic crawler excavator on traveling working condition in this article,firstly,it proposes a more scientific test conditions of traveling working condition;secondly,according to the one-third octave spectrum analysis method and human vibration frequency sensitive,it weights and deals with the test datum,and it offers a body vibration comfort theoretical analysis method when a driver is riding in a hydraulic excavator cab;finally,on the same experimental condition of the traveling working,and analyzing a 30-ton domestic excavator,which is mounted a domestic absorber and a famous international one,respectively,and a same-ton well-known international excavator.And it's concluded that the human body vibration comfort of the domestic excavator is well than the international one,and the performance of the international absorber is more excellent than the domestic one.
