摘要 通过添加Millad3988对煤基均聚聚丙烯(Ci PP)进行透明改性,探讨了成核剂Millad3988的用量对光学和热学等性能的影响,考察了不同挤出温度对Ci PP的透明改性的影响。结果表明,成核剂Millad3988对煤基均聚聚丙烯的透明改性作用很明显,并且其热学性能也得到了提高,该成核剂的适宜添加量为0.3 phr;在实验加工温度范围内,挤出温度越高对Ci PP的透明改性越不利,说明适宜的加工温度对Ci PP的透明改性至关重要,本实验所得的适宜挤出温度为220℃。 ℃ Coal based homo-polypropylenetransparent (CiPP) was transparent modified by Millad3988. The effects of nucleating agent ( Millad3988 ) contents and different extrusion temperatures on the optical and thermal behavior, and transparent modification of CiPP were investigated. The results showed that the nucleating agent ( Millad3988 ) not only can obviously modify the transparence of CiPP, but also improved its thermal property, the optimum content of Millad3988 was 0. 3 phr. Suitable extruding temperature was important for modifying CiPP. The transparent modification of the product decreased with rising of the temperature. The optimum temperature was 220℃.
