摘要
针对使用铣刀加工变速箱齿毂过程中发生频繁打刀事故,从齿毂的组织、硬度、机床、加工过程、零件结构、刀具及断续切削机理等方面,综合分析了打刀事故发生的原因,并提出了解决问题的途径和方法。
Aiming at the frequent cutter fracture during the processing of transmission hub with milling cutter.The pa-per comprehensively analyses cause of the accidents from the hub’s microstructure and hardness,the cutting tool,the mill-ing process,part’s structure,cutters and interrupt cutting mechanism,etc,then propounds some feasible solutions and methods.
