摘要
目的:结合医院急救设备供应中心管理实践与效率效益分析,探索完善医院设备管理新思路。方法:介绍医院急救设备供应中心的管理实践,对其效率效益进行分析和评价,总结存在的问题。结果:结合实践经验和分析评价,给出了急救设备供应中心的发展建议。结论:急救设备供应中心应从设备管理、信息化建设、技术培训以及分析评价等多方面全面发展,以提升其设备管理的功能和作用。
Objective To enhance hospital equipment management by discussing the management, efficiency and benefit of hospital emergency treatment equipment supply center（ETESC）. Methods The practice of management, efficiency and benefit of ETESC were analyzed and evaluated, and the problems were summarized. Results Some suggestions were put forward for the development of ETESC. Conclusion ESESC has to focus on equipment management, informatization, technical training, analysis evaluation and etc to enhance equipment management.
