双金属带传动特性及传动比PID控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决金属带式无级变速器中金属带传动机构承载能力差,适用范围窄等问题,通过对传统单金属带传动系统进行分析研究,建立一种新型可传递大载荷的双金属带传动模型,并对双金属带模型中传动特性、功率流和传动效率等指标进行研究,最后建立一种适用于多种行驶路况和不同汽车工况的双金属带传动模型传动比PID控制策略。研究结果表明,双金属带传动转速分配数值计算结果与理论分析结果基本一致,由于加速工况下各部件转动惯量会产生加速阻力转矩,故转矩分配的仿真值稍大于理论值;双金属带传动较单金属带传动峰值传动效率较低,但是双金属带传动高效传动转矩范围更宽,约为单金属带传动的两倍;新型传动比PID控制方法能够较好克服滞后和超调现象,能够较好的满足多种行驶路况和不同汽车工况。 In order to solve the problem of the carrying capacity of the metal belt drive mechanism in the metal belt CVT is poor,the scope is narrow and so on,through analysis and study of traditional single metal belt drive,a new large loads can be transferred bi-metal belts drive model is established,and the transmission characteristics,power flow and transmission efficiency and other indicators of bi-metal belts model are studied.Finally,the PID control strategy of bi-metal belts drive suitable for transmission belt drive models with a variety of car road conditions and different working condition is established.The results show that bi-metal belts drive transmission speed assigned numerical results are basically consistent with the theoretical analysis results,due to the accelerated conditions of inertia of the components will produce acceleration resistance torque,so the torque distribution of the simulated value slightly is larger than the theoretical value.The bi-metal belts drive is less than the single peak transmission efficiency,but bi- metal belts drive transmission torque transmission efficiency range is wider of approximately twice the single metal belt drive.The new transmission ratio PID control method can better overcome the lag and overshoot phenomenon and meet a variety of road conditions and driving conditions in different cars.
