摘要
国内现行的烟草播种机多采用纯机械推板式播种器,其播种量无法控制,且漏种量高,控制性能差难以满足播种的要求。YZPB―200B型智能装盘播种机采用步进电机驱动排种器,播种过程中采用霍尔转速传感器采集苗盘传送速度信号,并由单片机对采集数据进行分析和计算,动态调节步进电机转速,使排种器转速与苗盘传送速度保持一定的关系,从而达到自动控制排种器的目的;此外安装了监控系统对播种机的播种质量进行实时监控,提高了播种的质量。
Tobacco planters recently in our country are mostly pure mechanical push-plate,which main defects are the uncontrolled seeding rate and high leakage amount.It could not meet the requirements of planting.This YZPB ― 200 B planter was equipped with photoelectric tachometric transducer,the Hall speed sensor was used to collect plate transfer speed,then it was analyzed and calculated by the MCU to adjust the motor speed dynamically.Stepper motor was adopted in the system to drive seed-metering device,this kept the motor speed synchronized with the planter working speed.During the process,the per-centage of particle breakage remained low and the seeding accuracy was enhanced by using monitoring system.
