摘要
现国内农村的烟草烘烤技术关键问题在于热能利用不充分,造成大量能源浪费,成本高,效益低。针对以上问题,本文基于对热量分级利用和温控、定时系统及逆卡诺原理的研究,设计出了空气能热量分级循环控制的烟草烘烤系统方案。该系统以空气能为热源,通过温控和定时系统实现多点测温的热量分级循环利用,三级烤房系统化,底部架空层设计,轨道连通流水作业,完成整个系统硬件和软件的设计,并成功实现结构运动学仿真,系统气流循环模拟和控制系统的电路仿真。预期达到热能充分利用,环境污染降低、烘烤周期缩短和烟叶质量提高目的,可以满足农村烟草烘烤多方面要求。
The key problem of tobacco baking technology in rural region is the insufficient utilization of heat,which causes a lot of energy waste,and results in high cost and low efficiency.Aiming at these questions above,the tobacco baking system controlled cyclically by air energy heat grading was designed based on the research of heat grading utilization,temperature control system,timing system and the principle of inverse Kano.By using air energy as heat source,this system realized the cyclical heat grading utilization of multi-point temperature measurement,three-level barns systemizing,empty layer design of bottom cage and coherent track flow procession through the temperature control and timing system,which completed the hardware and software design of the whole system.The design successfully implemented the structural motion simulation,cyclical airflow simulation and control system circuit simulation.It prospectively reaches full use of heat energy,reduces the environment pollution of environment,shortens the baking cycle and improves tobacco quality,and can meet the multifaceted requirements of tobacco baking technology in rural area.
