有机硅烷前处理与电泳涂装性能的研究

摘要 介绍了一种有机硅烷钝化液,它可以用于阴极电泳的前处理。对钝化膜的耐碱性及电泳后漆膜的附着力、耐冲击、耐腐蚀等性能进行测试,并与使用传统磷化液前处理的电泳工艺进行比较。结果表明:经有机硅烷前处理后的阴极电泳漆膜的性能符合相关行业要求,证明有机硅烷处理和阴极电泳漆完全配套,可以在汽车及相关行业中推广应用。 An organic silane passivation solution is presented,which can be used for the pretreatment of cathodic electrophoresis.The alkali resistance of the passivation film as well as the adhesion,impact resistance,corrosion resistance and other properties of the electrophoresis coating were tested,and also compared with those using traditional phosphating solutions.The results show that the performance of cathode electrophoresis coating after organic silane pretreatment meets the requirements of related industries,which demonstrates that organic silane treatment completely matches with cathodic electrophoresis coating,and can be applied and popularized in the automotive and related industries.
