摘要
针对典型的圆筒形内压容器,提出了一种改良型圆柱面接触静密封结构,解决了此类密封方式的挤出问题。该密封结构具有耐装拆性好、耐紧固装置受力变形、不增大密封直径和紧固力、设计简便及易于制造等优点。在结构强度许可范围内,采用此结构均可达到极低的泄漏量而几乎不受结构刚度影响。通过选用合适的材料,该结构可以用于更多介质和更大的温度变动范围。还与快开门紧固装置进行了协同设计。
An improved cylindrical surface contact static sealing structure, which solved the extrusion, is proposed for the typical internal cylindrical pressure vessel. Advantages of such sealing structure include good resistance to assembly and disassembly, good resistance to deformation of fastening devices, minimum sealing diameter and fastening force, easy to be designed and manufactured. The sealing provides very low leakage within the extent of strength of structure, while almost not influenced by stiffness. Coordinated design work with fast open fastening devices is also carried out.
