摘要
针对孟津煤矿二2煤层高瓦斯松软低透气性的现状,选择了钻割一体化增透措施。介绍了钻割一体化技术增透机理,研究了钻割抽一体化技术在高瓦斯松软低透煤层煤巷掘进中的消突效果。研究表明,在该矿二2煤层煤巷掘进中实施钻割一体化高压脉冲水射流割缝技术割缝有效影响半径达2.5 m,煤层残余瓦斯含量低于8 m3/t,起到理想的卸压消突效果,且采用钻割一体化技术与普通超前钻孔技术相比,单个循环钻孔数减少51.9%,消突措施执行时间缩短38.1%,单孔抽采量提高率达61.87%,有效缩短了煤巷掘进时间。
According to the status of high gassy,soft and low permeability of Ⅱ2coal seam in Mengjin Coal Mine,the drilling-cutting integrated permeability improved measures were selected.Introduced the permeabilityimproved mechanism of drilling-cutting integrated measures.The outburst elimination effect of the drilling-cutting integrated technology was also studied when the coal roadway advanced in the region with high gassy and soft low permeability seam.The study shows that,when the water jet drilling-cutting integrated technology is implemented during the process of Ⅱ2coal roadway excavation,the depth of slotting by pulsed water jet reaches to 2.5 m,residual gas content is less than 8 m3/ t and the depressurization efficiency has been successfully reached.Compared with the traditional advanced drilling technology,the number of drillholes is decreased 51.9% in a single cycle,and the execution time of outburst prevention measures reduced by 38.1%,while the gas drainage content of the slot borehole increased by 61.87%,and the time of coal roadway excavation was shorten effectively.
