摘要
在神华宁夏煤业集团50万t/a的Novolen气相聚丙烯(PP)装置上,进行了国产催化剂BCND-Ⅱ的工业应用试验;同时,在原料、助剂性质及生产工艺条件相近的条件下,与进口催化剂的使用性能及产品(牌号为1102 K)性质进行了对比.结果表明,与进口催化剂相比,BCND-Ⅱ催化剂的聚合活性降低7.1个百分点,定向能力和氢调敏感性稍差,但产品的熔体流动速率和等规度可控.使用BCND-Ⅱ催化剂生产的PP粉料粒径集中于0.200~0.900 mm,占总量的92.65%,较大颗粒与细粉质量分数均明显低于进口催化剂.由2种催化剂生产的产品性能相当.
Industrial application of domestic catalyst BCND - Ⅱ was conducted in a 500 kt/a polypropylene (PP) unit of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group. Under the similar conditions of feedstock, additives and process, the catalytic performance of domestic catalyst and imported catalyst as well as their products (type 1102 K) properties were compared. The results showed that the catalytic activity of BCND -Ⅱ decreased by 7.1 percent points,stereospecificity and hydrogen response were slightly worse than those of imported catalyst ,but the melt flow rate and isotacticity of BCND - Ⅱ based product could be controlled. The particle size of PP powder produced by BCND - Ⅱ mainly ranged from 0.200 to 0.900 mm,which was 92.65% of the to- tal. The products produced with the two catalysts had similar properties.
