摘要
采用盐析法,通过静态和动态实验对中国石油兰州石化公司催化剂厂产生的分子筛凝胶滤液中的硅酸盐(以SiO2计,下同)脱除进行了研究.结果表明,在静态实验中,通过筛选确定镁盐溶液为盐析剂,最佳操作条件为:体系pH值9.5~10.5,镁盐溶液体积浓度4~6 mL/L(以凝胶滤液用量计,下同).在动态实验中,无放大效应,处理效果好且稳定;当凝胶滤液中SiO2质量浓度为1 511.68 mg/L,盐析剂选用质量分数为10%的镁盐溶液,其体积浓度为5 mL/L时,排水SiO2质量浓度低于250 mg/L,去除率达到84.5%~90.0%.
The silicate (by mass fraction of SiO2 ) in gel filtrate of molecular sieve catalyst was re- moved by static and dynamic salting - out methods in the Catalyst Factory of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company. The results showed that a magnesium salt solution was selected as salting - out agent by static experiment under the optimized process conditions of system pH value 9.5 - 10.5, volume concentration of magnesium salt solution (in the volume of gel fil- trate)4 -6 mL/L. No amplification effect was found in dynamic experiment, and its treatment results were satisfactory and stable. When the volume concentra- tion of magnesium salt solution (mass fraction 10% ) was 5 mL/L and SiO2 mass concentration in the gel filtrate was 1 511.68 mg/L,the SiO2 mass concentra- tion in the effluent was decreased to below 250 mg/ L, the removal rate reached 84.5 % - 90.0%.
