摘要
本论文以γ-聚谷氨酸作为基体材料,通过交联剂交联制备γ-聚谷氨酸水凝胶,研究其吸水和保水效果。结果表明:γ-PGA浓度0.4g/m L,乙二醇缩水甘油醚与季戊四醇混合的比例为2∶1,交联剂用量为1.95 g,在80℃下反应1小时。此时可得到吸水率和保水率最佳的吸水树脂。
In this paper, the super-absorbent resin was prepared by using γ-poly-glutamic acid as a matrix material. At the same time, the effects of water absorption and water retention were studied. The results showed that the results was the most effective, when the γ-PGA concentration was 0.4 g/m L, the ratio of ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether and pentaerythritol with 2:1, the amount of crosslinker of 1.95 g, the reaction temperature at 80 ℃ and the reaction time of 1 hour. At this point, the best water absorption and water retention of absorbent resins were obtained.
