咪唑衍生物的合成研究进展

摘要 咪唑是一类重要的化工原料,主要用于医药和农药等化合物合成的中间体。在医药中主要用于抗真菌药物的合成前体,是唑类、益康唑类、酮康唑类、克霉唑等药物的主要原料之一,另外还广泛地用于果蔬的防腐剂,用作树脂化合物的固化剂,作为金属的防锈剂,医药、农药原料,也用作树脂化合物固化剂、粘合剂、涂料、橡胶硫化剂、防静电剂等的原料及有机合成中间体,为此,咪唑及其衍生物在我们生活中应用广泛,文章将对咪唑衍生物的合成方法进行简单的综述。 Imidazole is a kind of important fine chemical raw materials, mainly used in medicine and pesticide synthesis and curing agent for epoxy resin. For imidazole antifungal drugs in medicine, is one of the main raw material of econazole, clotrimazole, ketoconazole, and other drugs, but also widely used in fruit preservative, used as curing agent for epoxy resin as antirust agent, copper, medicine, pesticide raw material, also used as urea formaldehyde resin curing agent, photography the drug, adhesive, coating, rubber vulcanizing agent, anti static agent and other raw materials and intermediates, organic synthesis, therefore, imidazole and its derivatives are widely used in our daily life. The synthesis method of imidazole derivatives were simple summarized.
