摘要
目的:对宫颈冷冻治疗术在宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN I)和HPV感染方面的疗效进行观察,并评价其效果。方法:随机选择1 110例患者进行宫颈冷冻治疗术前后的观察。结果:经宫颈冷冻术治疗后,宫颈上皮内瘤变CIN I患者的治愈率为95.3%(122/128),HPV感染者的治愈率分别为:1个亚型97.1%(612/630),2个亚型85.3%(243/285),3个亚型以上52.2%(35/67)。总有效率达到96.1%(1 067/1 110)。结论:宫颈冷冻治疗术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变(CINⅠ)与宫颈HPV感染的效果显著。
Objective To observate the effect of Cold coagulation therapy for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（ CINI） patients and HPV infective patients,and the evalution of its effect. Method 1110 cases diagnosed CINI or HPV infective patients were randomly acepted cold coagulation therapy. Results After cold coagulation therapy,the cure rate of CINI was 95. 3%（ 122 /128）,the cure rate of HPV infection： 97. 1%（ 612 /630） with 1 subtype,85. 3%（ 243 /285） with 2 subtypes,52. 2%（ 35 /67） with 3 or more than 3 subtypes. The total effective rate reached 96. 1%（ 1067 /1110）. Conclusion Cold coagulation therapy for CINI and HPV infective patients have significant effect.
