摘要
以浓硫酸为改性剂,采用化学键合的方法对MCM-41分子筛进行磺化改性,考察了酯交换体系中的改性剂用量、醇油摩尔比、催化剂用量和反应时间等因素对生物柴油产率的影响。结果表明:表面改性能够显著提高分子筛对高酸值油脂酯交换的反应性能,采用0.1 mol/L浓硫酸改性后的MCM-41分子筛,在催化剂用量0.5%、醇油摩尔比为15、反应温度为65℃及反应时间4 h条件下催化制备生物柴油,产率从未改性前的13.32%提高到86.29%。
The molecular sieve is modified by bonding concentrated sulfuric acid on its surface chemically and catalysts was studied. The each reaction was affected by amount of catalysts, molar ratio of alcohol to high acid value oil, the amount of modifier and reaction time,etc. The results showed that the yield of biodiesel was improved from 13.32 % to 86.29 %when 0.1 mol/L concentrated sulfuric acid was used as modifier, the temperature of the reaction is 65 ℃, catalyst dosage is 5 %, the molar ratio of methanol to high acid value oil is about 15∶1 and reaction time is 4 h.
