摘要
建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定汽油中磷的分析方法,样品经过微波消解,利用ICP-MS动态反应池(DRC)技术,选择高纯氧气作为反应气,使P+转化为PO+,确定了仪器的最佳参数和实验的最佳条件。实验表明:氧气流量在0.65 m L/min、Rpq值在0.55时,磷元素在10.0μg/L^100.0μg/L呈良好线性,相关系数为0.999 9,RSD<1.5%,检出限为0.4μg/L,加标回收率在93%~107%,能够满足日常汽油中磷的测定。
Analysis method of ICP-MS determination of phosphorus in gasoline, samples after microwave digestion, using ICP-MS dynamic reaction cell(DRC)technology, selection of high pure oxygen as the reactive gas, convert P+to PO+, the optimal conditions for optimal parameters and experimental instrument determination. Experimental results show, the flow of oxygen in the 0.65 m L/min and Rpq values in 0.55, phosphorus is linear in 10.0 μg/L ~100.0 μg/L, the correlation coefficient of 0.999 9, RSD〈1.5 %, the detection limit is 0.4 μg/L,recovery of standard addition is 93 %~107 %, can meet the daily determination of phosphorus in gasoline.
