摘要 随着我国国民经济的快速发展以及国民生活水平的不断提升,对煤矿生产能力的要求也越来越高。近几年来,我国煤矿生产技术突飞猛进的发展对安全管理,特别是技术管理产生更高的要求。煤矿生产和其他行业相比,具有其自身的特殊性,比如,收益性高、风险大等,因此,安全管理是煤矿企业生产管理的重要环节,安全管理的好坏可以反映出煤矿企业综合水平的高低。煤矿生产过程中的某个环节的损坏或者某些人员的不安全行为,比如失误、疏忽等,都会导致事故的发生,而在这个过程中,技术管理上的漏洞或者不到位往往成为事故发生的重要因素。因此,技术管理工作的加强,技术管理水平的提高以及煤矿安全技术面貌的改善,对煤矿安全生产工作的发展具有重要意义。在煤矿管理体系综述的基础上,对我国煤矿技术管理现状进行了分析,明确了煤矿技术管理体系的内涵,在此基础上提出了提高技术管理效率的对策,在一定程度上解决目前煤矿安全生产技术管理中的问题,使煤矿技术能有序有效的发展。 With the rapid development of national economy and improvement of living standards, the requirement of productive power has become higher and higher. In these years, quick development of productive technology caused high requirement to safety management, especially technological management. The production of coal mine has its own particularity compared with other industries, such as high income and significant risk, and soon on. Therefore, safety management is the profound link in the productive management of coal mine, whether safety management is good or not could reflect the comprehensive level. Accidents in coal mine are usually caused by some mistakes or ignorance in a certain link. And the leak in technological management or poor management is the main factor. As a result, strengthening technological management, enhancing the level of technological management and improving the look of safety technology have a profound meaning to the safety production. The paper, on the basis of coal mine management system summarization, analyzed current situation of safety technological management, explicated the intension of coal mine management system, put forward the measures to improve the efficiency of technological management, which could solve some problems in the technological management to some extent and make the technology develop efficiently.
