摘要
简要阐述了接触式踏板位置传感器与非接触式传感器的优缺点。介绍了当前常用的接触式汽车电子油门踏板的制作工艺。在满足客户要求的前提下,为了进一步降低成本,提高其相对于非接触式位置传感器的价格优势,提出一种用技术成熟的PCB代替塑料底板的新制造工艺。同时详细介绍了用于提高产品精度的激光修正工艺的工作方式。
The advantages and disadvantages of contacted pedal position sensor and non-contact one were briefly introduced. The common production process of the contacted electronic throttle pedal sensor was described. In order to further reduce costs and improve its price advantage against non-contact one, a new process using PCB to instead of plastic substrate was raised under the premise to meet customer requirements. Meanwhile the work mode of the laser correction process which was used to improve the product precision was illustrated.
