摘要 采用三维软件UG,对围板模型工艺补充部分的造型进行设计,将补充完成后的模型导入Autoform软件中,生成凸凹模型面,进行模拟,设置不同的压边力,以达到零件表面无起皱、破裂等缺陷。结果表明:压边力选取45t时围板没有发生破裂,零件表面起皱区域和拉伸不足区域明显减少。 In the paper,the model of the addendum of the panel was designed using the 3D software UG and then put into Autoform software to generate punch and die. In the simulation process,different blank holder force was set to assure the surface quaulity of the part without wrinkling,cracking and other defects. The results showthat selection of 45 t as blank holder force is reasonabl and the surface wrinkling and insufficient stretching region are significantly reduced.
