摘要
该文以设计一种采集型砂在受力过程中的相关参数的测试仪为目标,在充分理解数据采集软硬件原理和Lab VIEW编程原理的基础上,进行了以AVR单片机为处理器的系统硬件设计和软件设计,以及上位机显示控制界面的软件设计,实现了一种具有数据采集、参数实时显示和数据存储功能的型砂力学性能测试系统。
In the paper,the goal is design a tester to col ect sand related parameters in the process of stress.On the basis of the software and hardware principle of data acquisition and programming technolo-gy of LabVIEW,make the system hardware and software design of single-chip microcomputer as the core processor,and software design of the PC monitoring interface,it can realize a tester for measuring mechan-ical property of molding sand with data acquisition,real-time display and storage function.
