摘要
高职院校在"双师型"教师队伍建设的过程中,都采取了派教师到企业一线顶岗锻炼的措施。但由于缺乏与教师顶岗锻炼管理配套的体制,很多情况下教师顶岗锻炼工作流于形式,没有达到预期效果。为此,要采取建立完善的教师顶岗锻炼制度及相关文件,着重落实顶岗锻炼单位及挂职岗位,明确教师顶岗锻炼的内容和目标,顶岗结束后的跟踪管理等措施,来提高教师顶岗锻炼的效果。
In the process of "double type" teacher team construction, higher vocational colleges adopt the measures of sending teachers to the enterprise field and exercise on the job. But due to lack of the system suitable for teacher post exercise management, in many cases teacher post exercise has become a mere formality, and failed to achieve the desired effect. Therefore, it is necessary to establish perfect teacher post exercise system and relevant documents, carry out the post exercise unit and temporary post, clear the content and goal, and the tracking management after the exercise so as to improve teacher post exercise effect.
