抚顺西露天矿坑口油厂厂区地质变形加固方案

摘要 抚顺西露天矿坑口油厂厂区受到南帮主滑体拖拉牵引作用,地面出现了拉伸和沉降裂缝并逐步显现,时刻威胁着安全生产。通过对厂区裂缝变形机理的分析研究,确定了在主滑落体边界外施工抗滑桩对厂区进行包裹,厂区内部注浆充填现有裂缝的综合工程加固方案。工程实施后,减小了主滑体对厂区的侧应力影响,使厂区裂缝的破碎岩体重新胶结,变形明显减小,效果显著。 By south slope sliding body dragging traction, ground gradually emerges tensile and settlement crack in pithead oil factory of west open-pit mine which threatens safety production. Through analyzing deformation mechanism of crack, the article determines reinforcement scheme for anti-slide pile construction on wrapping factory outside the main sliding boundary and the comprehensive engineering of grouting filling existing cracks. The project implementation reduces lateral stress effect of main landslide on factory which re-glues broken rock of crack and reduces deformation.
