摘要
为使半移动破碎站设计得更加合理完善,提高设计效率。利用半移动破碎站独特的模块化三维设计方法,对破碎站分成4个模块进行设计。半移动破碎站设计时重点考虑用户要求的处理能力、用户拥有的诸如电铲卡车履带车等配套设备、破碎站所处的自然条件环境、移动周期和破碎站中的主要设备角度与距离配合等5项因素要点。
In order to perfect semi-moving crushing station design and improve design efficiency, the article uses the unique modular three-dimensional design method of semi-moving crushing station and designs four modules on crushing station. The article emphasizes five factors, such as handle ability, shovel truck and tracked vehicle corollary equipment, natural environment conditions, movement cycle main equipment angle and distance cooperation in crushing station.
