摘要
为了应对电力系统日益增长的互感器现场调试校验要求,基于国家计量检定规程要求的比较法测量接线原理,设计研制了电流互感器移动检定实验室.该移动实验室以工业集装箱为载体,搭载了电流互感器现场试验所需的各项仪器设备,克服了电流互感器传统测试方法设备沉重、搬运不便、接线复杂等缺点,只需完成电源、一次和二次接线,即可在现场迅速开展试验工作.应用结果表明,该移动实验室操作简单,运输方便,试验结果稳定可靠,显著降低了现场工作人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率.
In response to the growing requirements of on - site calibration test for transformers in power system, a mobile calibration laboratory for current transformer is designed and developed based on the comparative measurement stipulated by the national verification procedures. Mounting in the industrial container, the mobile laboratory includes various instruments and equipments used in the test, and overcomes lots of shortcomings such as the equipments being too heavy to carry, wiring com- plexity and so on compared with the traditional methods. It is easy to begin experiments just by completing power supply, pri- mary side and secondary wiring. The application results show that the mobile laboratory is simple, convenient, stable and reliable, which significantly reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves work efficiency.
