摘要
目的:探讨不同体质类型冠心病心绞痛心血瘀阻证患者危险因素的特点及差异。方法:对600例冠心病心绞痛心血瘀阻证患者进行中医体质标准进行体质类型的判定,同时对不同体质类型冠心病心血瘀阻证相关的危险因素进行Logistic回归分析,对冠心病心绞痛患者不同体质类型和危险因素情况进行描述和对比研究。结果:血瘀体质CHD心血瘀阻证的独立危险因素包括年龄、吸烟、糖尿病、TG、LDL-C、E3/4、E4/4、E3/4+E4/4,痰湿体质CHD心血瘀阻证的独立危险因素包括体重、吸烟、糖尿病、TG、LD-C、E4/4、E3/4+E4/4,气虚体质CHD心血瘀阻证的独立危险因素包括吸烟、糖尿病、TG、LD-C、E3/4+E4/4。结论:不同体质类型冠心病心血瘀阻证的危险因素有一定差异,并和基因型的分布有一定关系,可根据不同体质因素、基因型的类别结合危险因素的情况预防和提高CHD心血瘀阻证患者的生活质量。
Objective: To explore the characteristics and differences of different constitutional types of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with blood stasis syndrome in patients with risk factors. Means: To determine what're constitutional types of 600 cases of angina pectoris with blood stasis syndrome in patients based on TCM constitution standard,and the risk factors related to different constitutional types of the CHD with blood stasis syndrome are analysed by Logistic regression analysis. To describe and comparative study on the relationship between the risk factors and different constitutional types of the pantiens with angina pectoris. Results: The independent risk factors for blood stasis constitution of CHD with blood stasis syndrome included age,smoking,diabetes,TG,LDL- C,E3 /4,E4 /4,E3 /4 + E4 /4. The independent risk factors for phlegm dampness constitution of CHD with blood stasis syndrome included body weight,smoking,diabetes,TG、LDL- C、E4 /4、E3 /4 + E4 /4. The independent risk factors for Qi deffciency constitution of CHD with blood stasis syndrome included smoking,diabetes,TG、LD- C、E3 /4 + E4 /4. Conclusion: The risk factors of different physical types of heart blood stasis syndrome are different,and there is a certain relationship with the distribution of genotype. We can prevent the occurrence of the CHD with blood stasis syndrome and improve the quality of patients' life according to the different physical factors,genotype categories and the risk factors.
