摘要
针对回风速度对矿井回风换热器换热性能的影响,建立了回风与液滴气液两相流之间热质交换的数学模型,利用CFD仿真软件FLUENT模拟回风速度分别为5 m/s,8 m/s,10 m/s,12 m/s和15 m/s时制热和制冷两种工况下液滴温度的变化,得出了回风速度对回风换热器换热性能的影响规律,最后利用实验测试了制热工况下风速对液滴温度变化的影响,得出的实验结果与仿真结果比较吻合.
In order to find the effect of mine return air (MRA) velocity on the thermal performance of mine return air heat exchanger (MRAHE), mathematical models of heat and mass transfer between two-phase flow of MRA and water drops were developed, computationM fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation package software FLUENT was employed to simulate the change in drops temperature when the velocity of MRA is 5 m/s, 8 m/s, 10 m/s, 12 m/s and 15 m/s respectively under the operating conditions of heating and cooling. And the effecting laws of MRA velocity on the thermal performance of MRAHE were obtained. Finally, experiments were employed to test the influence of MRA velocity on the change in drops temperature under the operating condition of heating and got the results which were in well agreement with the ones from the simulations.
