数据挖掘技术在针灸领域的应用现状分析 被引量:7

Analysis on application situation of data mining research of acupuncture and moxibustion

摘要 目的:采用文献计量学方法分析我国针灸领域数据挖掘研究现状,为数据挖掘技术的进一步应用提供参考。方法:计算机检索加手工检索对中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普资讯中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)历年发表的针灸数据挖掘文献,经人工拆分整理后,从文献发表、研究分类、研究方向、数据挖掘方法等方面进行分析。结果:得到针灸数据挖掘相关文献37篇,文献发表量逐年增加;研究分类中以应用研究为主,31篇占83.8%;研究方向集中在某种疾病针灸治疗取穴规律研究,28篇占75.7%;频数分析和关联规则为使用频率最高的计算方法;少有文献提及挖掘软件。结论:数据挖掘技术有助于腧穴使用规律的探讨;但目前多使用二元属性关系数据挖掘,尚无法满足对针灸处方多元关系数据(穴组)的挖掘,如何充分利用数据挖掘方法对针灸诊治过程中隐含的、先前未知的信息进行挖掘值得关注。 Objective: To analyze the application status of data mining (DM) research of acupuncture and moxibustion by using the bibliometrics, and to provide a reference to researchers for better use of DM technology. Methods: Retrieved the literatures of DM research on acupuncture and moxibustion in CNKI, VIP, and CBM, extracted information manually and analyzed them from the aspects of annual changes, types, fields, and methods. Result: 37 articles were obtained. The amount of literatures increased year by year. 31 application research literatures accounted for 83,8%, and the acupoints selecting rule study of certain diseases accounted for 75.7%, totally 28 literatures. The association rules and frequency analysis were most frequently used in calculation methods. Few articles mentioned the software tools. Conclusion: DM technology shows good potential in dealing with the rule of selecting acupoints, however, the binary attribute relationship data mining is widely used at present, and it can't fulfill the study of multiple relationship data mining of acupuncture prescription. Thus, further study should focus on the full aoolication of data minin~ technology in revealing the implied and previously unknown information in acupuncture treatment.
