摘要
探讨葎草-麦秸碾青料对肉牛生长性能和屠宰性状的影响。对照组饲喂基础日粮,基础日粮中粗饲料为麦秸-苜蓿草,试验组使用葎草-麦秸碾青料分别替代20%、40%、60%的麦秸-苜蓿型粗饲料。结果表明:与对照组相比,40%、60%葎草-麦秸碾青料组肉牛头均日增重有所提高(P>0.05),眼肌面积分别提高了18.2%和6.4%。与对照组相比,40%葎草-麦秸碾青料组肌肉粗蛋白质含量提高7.3%,粗脂肪含量降低5.3%;60%葎草-麦秸碾青料组肌肉粗脂肪含量降低了6.1%。40%葎草-麦秸碾青料替代麦秸-苜蓿草料较适宜。
This study was established to explore how the grinding green Humulus Scandens(HS)and wheat straws could affect the growth performance and slaughter trait of the beef cattle.The control group was fed with straws and alfalfa-based diets.20%,40% and 60% grinding green HS and wheat straws were took in test groups respectively as the substitution of the basal diets used in the control group.In comparison,average daily gain(p〉0.05)was found in the cattle fed in the test group with 40%(group1)and 60%(group2)combination of grinding HS and wheat straws in their diets.The eye muscle area of the cattle in group1 and group2increased 18.2% and 6.4%respectively.As to group 1,contents of crude protein in the muscle of cattle raised 7.3% while crude fat contents decreased 5.3%;for group 2,the content of crude fat declined 6.1%.Results indicate that,instead of whole straw and alfalfa-based diets,it is more available for beef cattle to have 40% of grinding green HS and wheat straws in their feeds.
