摘要
针对饲料及饲料添加剂中水溶性Cr6+含量测定,选用分光光度计研究了标准曲线法和标准加入法两种方法对测定结果的影响,比较了两种方法的重现性和精密度,均无显著性差异。标准曲线法回收率均在85%以上,变异系数为6.93%,说明该方法具有较好的精密度;标准加入法测试结果变异系数为1.05%,说明该方法具有很好的精密度。
This research was designed to detect Cr6+contents in feeds and feed addictives.The spectrophotometer was chosen to determine how standard curve method and the standard addition method would affect the result.In comparison,no significant difference in the reproducibility and precision of the two methods was found.All the recovery rate developed by using standard curve method was above 85%,and the coefficient of variation was 6.93%.Besides,the coefficient of variation was 1.05% by the standard addition method.The result of the two methods presents a good precision.
