摘要
采用GIS连片性分析方法确定评价单元(可整治区),共135个,占基本农田面积的59.92%;运用综合评价方法与限制因素组合法,探讨研究区高标准基本农田建设时序与模式分区.结果显示:晋江市高标准基本农田建设分为近、中、远期整治区,分别占可整治区面积的29.55%,32.30%,38.15%;建设模式分为土地平整工程重点建设区、灌溉与排水工程重点建设区、田间道路工程重点建设区,分别占可整治区面积的32.91%,40.27%,26.82%.研究方法可为县域土地整治规划与高标准基本农田建设提供借鉴.
There are 135 evaluation units, which are determined by the method of GIS juncture analysis, accounting for 59.92 percent of basic farmland area. Than the time sequence and mode partition of high-standard prime farmland construction were discussed with comprehensive evaluation method and limitations combination method. The results show that, the project is divided into short, medium and long term remediation area. accounting for 29.55 percent, 32. 30 percent and 38. 15 percent; Here are three building modes, that is key construction area of land formation works , focus on the construction of irrigation and drainage district , the field of road construction projects focus area. accounting for 32. 91 percent , 40. 27 percent and 26. 82 percent of available remediation area respectively. Research methods can provide a reference for the county land reme- diation planning and construction of a high-standard prime farmland.
