摘要
继抗生素后的益生素——酵母培养物(Yeast culture,简称YC),是一种在特定工艺条件下由酵母在特制的培养基上经过充分发酵后所形成的微生态制品,营养丰富。其作为微生态制剂之一,具有调控瘤胃发酵,提高饲料消化率,增强免疫功能,促进生产性能的功效。这些益生特性使其广泛应用于反刍动物生产中,并在其他非反刍动物上也取得了一定的效果。文章主要从益生作用机制、国内外的畜禽益生效果研究进展及其影响因素,对酵母培养物益生特性进行阐述。
Yeast culture(YC for short) is a microecological product with rich nutrition as one of theprobiotics. It was made by fully fermented yeast on a special culture medium under specific processconditions. YC, as one of the probiotics, was widely used in ruminant product because of its functionsuch as regulating rumen fermentation, increasing digestibility of feed, enhancing immune function andimproving animal's growth performance. What's more, YC also has good effect on non-ruminant ani-mal's growth. Therefore, this article reviews mainly from probiotics mechanism, research status aboutthe effects and influence factors of livestock and poultry to elaborate the probiotic characteristics ofyeast culture.
