摘要
为促进工业工程(Industrial Engineering,IE)在我国制造业中的推广应用,减少生产过程中存在的浪费,应用IE中的方法研究对某一铸造企业进行改善优化,基于"ECRS"原则使产品加工流程、布置经路和人机作业更加合理,并通过witness软件对人机作业改善前后进行仿真模拟,验证了人机分析的正确性,充分挖掘了人机闲余能力,增强了人机的协调配合,降低了人工成本。研究表明,在低投资下,工业工程方法是提高制造业整体竞争力的有效途径。
To promote the application of Industrial Engineering (IE) in manufacturing,the IE methods were used to improve and optimize the process of one foundry enterprise.Based on the principle of "ECRS",the product processing procedure,the route and the man-machine work will be more reasonable.With the help of witness,the man-machine work model was simulated.After improving,the man-machine work can make full use of the free capacity,enhance the man-machine coordination and reduce the labor cost.The results show that,IE can strengthen the competitiveness for enterprise under low cost.
