乳腺叶状肿瘤63例临床病理分析 被引量:1

摘要 乳腺叶状肿瘤(phyllodes tumor of the breast,PTB)是一种较少见的乳腺纤维上皮性肿瘤,在所有乳腺肿瘤中,分叶状肿瘤仅占0.3%~0.9%,占所有纤维上皮性肿瘤的2%~3%[1]。根据世界卫生组织(WHO)2006年新分类,将其分为良性、交界性和恶性3个亚型。由于其发病率低、临床少见、生物学行为多变,对手术切除范围和术后是否辅助治疗,临床处理过程中常出现诸多问题。为提高对此种病变的认识,选择正确的治疗方法,回顾性分析我院2000年1月至2014年5月收治的63例PTB的临床资料,探讨病理组织学诊断以及手术方案的选择对于患者预后的影响。
