乳腺叶状肿瘤63例临床病理分析 被引量：1

摘要 乳腺叶状肿瘤（phyllodes tumor of the breast，PTB）是一种较少见的乳腺纤维上皮性肿瘤，在所有乳腺肿瘤中，分叶状肿瘤仅占0．3％～0．9％，占所有纤维上皮性肿瘤的2％～3％［1］。根据世界卫生组织（WHO）2006年新分类，将其分为良性、交界性和恶性3个亚型。由于其发病率低、临床少见、生物学行为多变，对手术切除范围和术后是否辅助治疗，临床处理过程中常出现诸多问题。为提高对此种病变的认识，选择正确的治疗方法，回顾性分析我院2000年1月至2014年5月收治的63例PTB的临床资料，探讨病理组织学诊断以及手术方案的选择对于患者预后的影响。
